OPPORTUNITY


The Wall Street Journal needed a compelling sizzle reel to pitch The Future of Everything Festival to investors. Narrated by then Editor-in-Chief Gerry Baker, the video aimed to highlight the festival’s forward-thinking vision. As part of the team at The Box, I developed the animation concept for the logo and titles, contributing to a critical step in securing buy-in for this innovative event.

CHALLENGE


The animation had to reflect the dynamic and cutting-edge nature of the festival while seamlessly integrating with the video’s overall creative direction. It also needed to engage high-level investors and clearly communicate the festival’s potential impact.

SOLUTIONS

 

Collaborating closely with the team, I created the animation concept for the logo and titles, ensuring it aligned with the broader creative vision led by Creative Directors Johnathan Swafford and Adriana Torres. The animations, executed by Laura Salaberry, complemented the sleek and modern tone of the sizzle reel.

RESULTS

 

The sizzle reel successfully captured investor attention, securing funding for The Future of Everything Festival. The project demonstrated the power of collaboration, with the combined efforts of the team producing a compelling and impactful pitch.
